Hotel Booking
The rate that S.A.S.A. 2007 has secured at the Deauville Beach Resort is:
$149 USD per night per room (based on double occupancy)
This rate applies 3 days before Jan 4th and 3 days After Jan 7th. So if you intend to stay a few more days, please be sure to book it under the SASA Rate.
Please remember if you book outside of the S.A.S.A. block, you will not be entitled to Bus Transportation.
IMPORTANT S.A.S.A. 2007 is committed to providing safe accommodations to attendees and therefore, we are proud to offer 24-hour security in all guestroom areas and extensive security in all hotel common areas. The person whose name the room is under must provide two pieces of identification for him/her to claim their room. Note, for additional guests who are booked in the same room to receive a key, the guests must also register at the hotel with two pieces of identification and must also quote the person's name that booked the room. As an additional security precaution, the hotel will be provided with a list of registered attendees and only those registered will be able to rent a room. As well, all registered guests will receive a wristband indicating that they are a guest at the Deauville Beach Resort (which also allows for use of Motor Coach/Buses to and from Venues).
Finally, each registered guest will have to sign a waiver stating that any damages incurred in the room or noise violation reimbursements will be charged directly to the credit card on file. A damage deposit/hold will be placed on credit card as well.
