We are proud to announce that the official hotel for the 2007 S.A.S.A. Conference is the Deauville Beach Resort in Miami. All workshops, seminars, and keynote addresses will be taking place within the ballrooms of the Hotel. The Deauville Beach Resort is located on famous Collins Ave- directly on the beach, with breath taking ocean views! Surrounded by water. Gifted with a skyline of the Atlantic Ocean to the East. Charmed and intrigued by the thrill of Miami to the West. Nestled in the Art Deco District, and a neighbor to the Shops at Bal Harbour. Having a fabulous time at the Deauville Beach Resort in Miami Beach is inevitable!

IMPORTANT
We strongly recommend that all registrants for S.A.S.A. 2007 stay at the Deauville Beach Resort. The main reason why, among others, is that you will only be allowed access to Transportation to and from ALL venues if you are a registered guest at the HOTEL. Registration for the Conference alone will not give you access to our non-stop Motor Coach/Bus facilities to and from the Clubs and Culture Show. You will have to find your own means of Transport if you choose not to stay at the Official Hotel- the Deauville Beach Resort. Upon checking in with the hotel, all guests will receive a separate wristband indicating that they are guests at the hotel. If you have a wristband for the conference alone- that will not suffice- and will not get you on the buses!
Finally, we ask all registrants to be on their best behavior during their stay in Miami. We have been all too familiar with Hotels enacting strict security measures- let's not create that environment. We want to make sure that the S.A.S.A. name is held the highest regard and any negative activities will result in expulsion from the hotel and conference. Furthermore, a liability may be assessed against you as well. All that we ask is that you conduct yourself with respect towards others.
